I've begun to experiment with a Zaurus Linux-based handheld that supports Java;
although it doesn't currently have as many apps or loyal users, or as sophisticated an interface
as the Newton, it does have some powerful new hardware, more developers, more cross-platform tools,
and (I think) a promising future.

error code number; if convenient, include an error trace using Bug Trap
command/actions prior to the error
the version of the package you were using
the model MessagePad and OS version
anything else I should know about your configuration (extensions, NIE, etc.)
